What kind of apartments do you have?
Superior Apartments, managed by Pohlig Box Factory, has 28 units and approximately 15 different floor plans. Each apartment is unique. Most units feature exposed brick, wood beams and spectacular views. All units have berber carpet, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, and ovens. They also feature LG washer/dryer combo units.

1 bedrooms from $950 - $1100
2 bedrooms from $1200 - $1500

What’s included in the rent?
Rent includes ALL utilities (electricity, water, sewer, trash, internet and DirecTV).

What about parking?
There are 2 options for parking. Street parking on Franklin Street is free. We have a surface lot behind the building for $30 per month.

What is the concierge service?
We believe in providing our tenants with the best customer service in the downtown area. Concierge service includes package delivery to your apartment, mail pick up when you’re out of town, and cat sitting. We also offer trash pick up at your door for $25 per month.

What is the pet policy?
Superior Apartments allows CATS ONLY. We require a $300 pet fee. This is not a deposit and is nonrefundable. We do not charge any additional monthly fees.
